I have a question for the community: What pants are the most comfortable and provide the best freedom of movement after surgery? It has been over five months since my procedure (Titan Touch), and I still find jeans uncomfortable due to the size of my implant, even when it is flat. Currently, my favorite pants are the Reebok Men's Unwind Cargo Pants, but they are not suitable for the office.

Before comfortable pants, you need comfortable underwear that's fit for purpose. If your Titan implant is giving you a bulge that rubs the wrong way in dress slacks, maybe you need to consider underwear for the office that is more constrictive than usual and that immobilizes your penis. Then maybe you'll be OK to wear dress slacks that are more fitted than cargo pants.

Generally I've found I'm comfortable wearing Separatec boxer briefs since it has a pouch to lift and isolate the scrotum, with a separate compartment to hold the penis pointing downward. I've also worn the Jockey Sport Stability Pouch jockstrap that keeps my penis pointing up toward my abdomen when I'm wearing tighter/stiffer material slacks.

When my glans was especially sensitive after implant surgery, I followed another FT contributors recommendation and covered the glans with a newborn baby sock before putting on underwear.

Well, I wore sweatpants for probably six months, not a good look for the office. But when I had to dress in nice clothes, I made sure my penis was fully deflated to avoid it rubbing too much in my underwear. I only used cotton boxer briefs for underwear. Those were comfortable enough but didn't hide my bulge. In dress pants or jeans it's not prominent like in sweats.

Yea, Separatec comes in different fabrics and briefs too. The main thing is the pouch for your balls and a separate slot for your penis. The jock I only use when I’m wearing something like tight jeans that would rub my glans the wrong way.

Everyone’s anatomy is different - some guys have posted about wearing compression biker shorts and regular jocks too. And for the first two weeks after surgery I only wore oversized sweat pants and lounge pants because any pants rubbing against my underwear covered penis hurt like heck.

I squeeze the shit out of my implant to deflate it. Then I don’t have any issues with any sort of pants. But i live in joggers. Only at working picking up garbage for nyc do I wear pants. 2 months into recovery I don’t have any issues with rubbing. The first month picking up garbage with my dick in my waist band suckkkkkked
