After reading a bunch of these threads i figured i would ask what insurance and or sick leave do you have with your job? What is your profession?
In my research of going with the implant i probably wouldn't have done it if not for my insurance or unlimited sick leave.
I work for the city of new york so i have emblem health (GHI) I paid $200 for the deductible and my insurance covered the rest.
My job also has unlimited sick leave. So i basically went sick for my surgery and was out for about a month getting paid.
I read all these stories about guys not being able to take the time off or have the money to do revisions. I would have stuck with loading myself up with ED medication and cock rings if i didn't have the job i have.
Also for those that are older and basically retired, this surgery is almost a death sentence for anyone not retired needing the time off and or are a young male.
I'm just thankful that if anything were to happen, i don't have to worry about anything really.

how did you guys manage the price, time off from work.

You have great insurance. I am self employed and have the bottom of the line Obama Care Anthem bronze plan with huge deductible. I have been paying over $1k a month for years and was always getting screwed over by them. So I figured no way they would cover it. But to my surprise they did. And will supposedly cover any revisions in the future if needed. I’m still shocked. I was prepared to pay it in full myself.
