Guys, those of you who’ve followed my journey, I have another question and an update.
I’m 51 and suffered from arterial insufficiency and had an IPP put in on 28 October. It unfortunately got infected and I had a malleable put in on 6 December (Rigicon). This did cause me to lose a bit of length as they tend to be more conservative with sizing, but the implant tips seem to be well placed about half way into the glans.
I’m thrilled to report that I’ve successfully field tested the implant several times now. It works and what a joy it is to get my sex life back!
My one remaining issue is that of some soft glans. Meaning that when aroused the glans does engorge some, but not fully. For example when I try on the VED the glans is fully erect; this does not happen during normal arousal for me, at least not to the same extent.
Anyone have any experience dealing with this soft glans issue with things like Viagra or Trimix gells? I’m especially interested in experiences of those with malleable implants.
Thanks in advance!

I went with Trimix gel and even though it worked there is an ingredient in there that makes it painful so if you are going to go that route I'd highly suggest that you start with the smallest dose. I was started too high and worked my way down where it was effective. I eventually stopped using it and after 2 years in Coloplast Titan the floppy head has resolved itself. Trigel is very expensive so begin with a small order and I believe you'd still need a script for it. It would have to be ordered from a compound pharmacy.
