Hey buddy!

Hope you're implant journey has been great. Did you ever try the shots?
What did you think of Cullen? Your experience with him might be fine because he will definitely do the revision for you.
I originally went to Cullen last July, and did not have a great experience. He did no tests and told me it was psychogenic, even though I kept telling him it wasn't. Then he prescribed me Tadalafil, even though I told him they don't work.
Went for a follow up with him 3 months later and demanded 2nd and 3rd line treatments. He reluctantly prescribed me 10mcg of Caverject, and told me that he would never do an implant on me because of my age, he only does older patients. He also said the result would not be good if I got an implant. He sent me to another uro - John Sullivan - for a 2nd opinion.
Sullivan did a doppler test, and discovered Veionous Leak. He prescribed me more Caverject and advise I also use a cock ring. He also said I could consider an implant at some point, but then went on to say that he would not implant me himself, he only does older patients, and he said there's too many risks and long-term complications doing an implant on me.
So now I'm going to see Dr Paul Hegarty in Cork. If he refuses to consult with me about implants, I will have to go to England.
I'm 95% sure I need an implant. 10mcg of Caverject only works when I stand up straight, it wears off if I lie flat. I now have 20mcg Caverject and I'm going to try that, but if that too is unsuccessful I will have no other option but to get an implant.
I'm at my wits end, penis broke after taking dutasteride for hair loss 2 years. It feels awful. Also I'm having a hard time psychologically adjusting to the concept of depending on injections coupled with a cock ring. I'll be 35 this year, single and have never had a partner. I'm fed up with it.
