It’s impossible to create a numerical formula for this.
Girth is the elephant in the room.
The less natural encorgement an individual gets from residual tumescence after implantation, the greater the girth loss compared to a natural erection afforded by a working optimal trimix or bimix dose.
Glans encorgement has nothing to do with the implant - malleable or inflatable. It's highly dependent on an individual's arterial* flow after arousal.
