Curious to what extent pain in the glans is normal after surgery.
Did you have pain near the glans after surgery, and if so, for how long?

Discovernew,

I'm about 5 weeks post-op and haven't had pain in or around the Glans. However, I was on Oxy for the first 2 weeks which may have masked pain, and after 2 weeks the "holes" in the Glans were pretty much healed.

Hi Doggedly, i don't think my case is the same because i just had a revision a few days ago. I wouldn't blame the AX since i am still technically on the post op period.

I was told that any residual glans pain should go away after the fibrous surgical capsule around the implant matures in 3-4 months.

I didn't have what would be described as pain. It was more of an itching feeling during/after cycling. I did have a modest amount of periodic pain in my anal area. I have a deep crus so I blamed that pain as being related to that. It wasn't bad, just annoying when it hsppened because I had anticipated glans pain instead.

I actually have that same pain near my anal area, which is the other end of the cylinder. And i have a very deep proximal area relative to my penis size so i think that's the reason as well. I feel it especially on the left side.

Did you feel the pain when you activated to the max only or even deflated? and how long did it take to go away?

I can't actually answer you. It was sporadic. Maybe occasionally for two months. I didn't make much of a note about it.
