I am in a situation where I am 32 years old!! I can have erections and sex with Viagra 100 150mg and a ring!!
but the erections are not as hard as I would like!!
the injections cause me priapism even with the lowest dose!!!
I don't know what to do, I think I should continue with pills and a ring or should I get an implant, would that improve my performance?

Only you and your doctor can make the decision to implant, of course. I’m more than twice your age, so I didn’t have time on my side, but if priapism as occurring , I would RUN to an implanter to at least weigh my options.
