Questions for the guys from CX and Titan

Hi everyone!
I would like to hear from those who have had both Titan and CX. I know there are a few people on the forum.
I am still deciding between the two models and the following questions would help me decide.
1. Which implant did you switch from? For what reason?
2. How long did each model last you?
3. What was your girth before and after each model? Did you lose girth when switching from Titan to CX? Or did you gain girth when switching from CX to Titan?
4. The average girth with CX that I have seen on the forum is 5 inches. Can anyone maintain 5.5?
5. Any guys here who have had CX or Titan for over 10 years? Has your girth decreased over time if you can remember? Because, as far as I know, the remaining cavernous tissue atrophies over time in different ways for everyone
6. Which pump did you like more? The small coloplast pump, but with an inconvenient release. Or the slightly larger ams pump, but with a more convenient release button?
7. Is it true that the Titan looks flatter and the CX rounder when deflated and inflated? I have studied a lot of information and everyone says different things?
8. Which implant did you and your partner end up liking more?
For your information: I am 37 and have had 3 penile surgeries - vein ligation and 2 complications after that. Which is what brought me to this forum. I currently have an upward dorsal curvature due to scar tissue and adhesions in the ligament area. My girth is slightly above average - 6.2-6.3 inches. I would like the CX because of its more natural look, but now I realize that my chances of maintaining my girth with it are probably very small. All the surgeons I have spoken to, and I have spoken to many, have different opinions on girth and suggest different surgeries and implants. I would like to hear your real experiences, guys.
I would be very grateful if you had the opportunity to respond. Well, and not only those who have had both models installed. Write all your opinions. They are very valuable both to me and to other guys on this forum.

Both titan and CX made my girth about 5", I was 4.75" before implant. CX feels a lot better when deflated but it does feel less thick and strong when inflated. However the titan was pretty horrible with the dog ears (for me). You may have a different titan experience since you have more natural girth. I like the AMS pump WAY more. The titan pump was so noisy and I never knew if I was pressing the deflate button properly, it doesn't have a very raised button or audible feedback like AMS.

wolfpacker, thank you very much for your answer!
May I know what pump you had with titan? classic or one-touch? what is your length with each of the implants? after all, 24 is a large size. Do I understand correctly that, all other things considered, you will like the AMS more? you say that the Titan has more rigidity when inflated, is this very different from the CX? or is it the same?

I had the titan touch pump. Overall I do like the AMS more yes, though my dick felt bigger, thicker and stronger with the titan and I do miss that. I'm about 7" with the AMS, I was about 7.25" with titan

Am I right in understanding that your one-touch pump also made noise when inflating? I thought that only the classic pump did that. May I know how you rate the inflating speed between the AMS and the Coloplast? When I tested them on the doctor's table, it seemed to me that the Coloplast inflated faster than the AMS

Yes the touch pump was very noisy for me. AMS makes no sound. And yeah I have noticed that the AMS seems to inflate slightly slower than the titan.

shortened the list of questions. Maybe someone else would like to express their opinion? Even those who only had Titan or only CX. Although, I know that there are guys on the forum, except wolfpacker, to whom thanks for the answers, who also had both models

Its entirely possible to have a large girth with a CX. I doubt that any implant will give you a large girth if you don't have the genetics for large girth. So your answer on girth is going to be based upon your HONEST evaluation of your historical girth.
I always had plenty of girth but I never bothered to measure it. It always took my wifes breath away at penetration. Along with a silly grin on her face. After my surgery I bought a seamstress tape. I was slightly below 6" at maybe a month or so. Definitely 6" before the 3 month mark. Its best to plan on recovering your historical girth. Maybe a small fraction of an increase. I.E. if you always had a 4" pencil dick. 6" isn't going to happen with any model of implant. Be realistic with your expectations. If you're not realistic you definitely will be disappointed with your results.
What was your last girth that you had? That is a far better prediction of what your final girth will be with any of the inflatable implants. Sorrt but its reality.

Gt1956, thanks for the answer! You know, and I wrote in my post that my girth is now 6.2-6.3 inches. I also have a question about the possibility of preserving it over time, since the remaining cavernous atrophies over time and it remains up to the implant cylinders
