To be fair, I also would lose sensitivity if I masturbated before getting a penile implant. So I think I need to cut down on masturbating. But curious to hear other's experiences on this topic.

Twelvepillars, a lot of guys are different in this area, for me after I cum/orgasm I do lose sensitivity whether I masturbate or having penetrative sex. It was the same for me even before I got my implant, I would lose the sensitivity in my dick for a little bit. I know for sure that my dick hasn't started to go flaccid because I'm pumped up to the max, but it sort of feels like it. It takes about 5 minutes before my dick starts feeling normal again.

After that surgery yes I lost sensitivity. Have you watched a video of the procedure and see what a penis has done t it?
It took a few months for my sensitivity to return, but then sex was still causing some soreness.
Now my sensitivity causes me to stop as soon as I orgasm, it gets to be too much.

Yes, I lost sensitivity.
Yes, it came back within a few months of being cleared for sexual activities.

Yes, lost sensitivity after the Titan for about a year and started coming back, never got like it used to be but neither am I. I now have loss of wanting sex, libido, getting older I am waiting on blood results to see my t-level. I walk taking nitric oxide supplements, that does help, will feel the glans getting some excitement in them.

I had lost feelings after getting the implant and I'd say it was a couple of months til it all came back. 2 years in and all is very well.

wilsonmill,
If you're chasing libido I highly recommend you check these out - especially the post regarding THC/CBD. I have experienced great libido increases with PT-141, and now THC/CBD. These have minimal-to-no side effects, and avoid complications that can come with hormone replacement. I recently posted 2 messages in another section, one on each, one message right after the other.

PT-141 is definitely great for libido boost but I got pretty bad nausea and face flushing along with nasal congestion for about 1-2 hours. These are common side effects for many who use it. But, once it passes.. it's fun!
I'm only 2 weeks post op, but my sensation seems great. I've masterbated already and it felt as good, if not better than before since it's so damn hard!

Everyone is different it seems though.
