One Year Implant Anniversary

One year ago today I was sitting in the waiting room of Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami with a million thoughts and questions in my head as I waited to go back for the most important surgery of my life— a penile implant.
I had read everything on this forum and did my research on all the best doctors, and made my choice. I went with Dr. Billy Cordon, an amazingly talented doctor who trained under Dr. Francis Eid in New York, and who is among the highest volume implant doctors in the US. He also employs the No touch technique, which has wonderful results with preventing infection.
While my initial recovery was a little less linear than hoped for (swelling went up and down for a while), that all seems like a distant memory now.
I am very sexually active. I’ve had probably 50-70 sex partners since my operation. I’ve had my dick sucked in every one of those encounters, and the number of times anyone noticed or commented on my implant is zero. I’ve had two guys sucking me off at one time, with one on my balls the whole time, and no mention of anything off. And to think I cooked up a whole lie about my implant in case anyone asked what was in my balls.
I’m sure some have noticed a foreign object in my balls, but no one has asked about it. I did get the classic Titan pump (the smallest one available that I’m aware of) and I did ask for discrete placement toward the back of my scrotum. I’m sure that’s a factor in my success with concealment.
I get lots of nice compliments on how hard my dick is, and I have a lot of repeat and regular hookups.
This implant allowed me to reclaim my sex life. I couldn’t be more pleased. I was not totally impotent when I got it, which I am very glad of. I have very natural results. I still even get natural elections— no not as strong as before, but I definitely do get them. And VERY IMPORTANTLY— I lost NOTHING in terms of size. I was sized perfectly (a big worry a lot of us have).
As I said before, I was not impotent when I made this move, but my dick was starting to fail me in high stakes situations (hook up with hot 20 year old, dead dick, jerking off alone, rock hard, obnoxious shit like that).
So, If your dick is starting to fail you when you need it most, don’t waste years of your life in misery. I spent two years with ED (primarily psychological— once it happened it became a self fulfilling doom prophecy). Recovery and getting back to normal is infinitely easier when you act early rather than after years of atrophy and impotence. Cycling for instance wasn’t the awful experience some here have experienced, because my dick never went weeks or months or years without getting hard.
Now I never worry about getting it up. I never turn down hot young ass because I’m afraid of not being able to get hard.
Of course the down side is that one day it will break (I hope to god in 15+ years), and it sucks to think about another surgery (although I hear the recovery is infinitely easier the second time around). But when the time comes, I’ll do it without question or hesitation.
I highly recommend Dr. Cordon and Mt. Sinai. It’s a world class hospital. Best I’ve ever been to. But there are a number of implant superstars, just do your due diligence and go with the absolute best doctor you can— this is your dick we’re talking about here. Your small town urologist might be good for viagra prescriptions, but not for this. Go with a pro.
I made a comprehensive journal that I’ve shared here: https://tinyurl.com/yc7et8ht that included a day by day and week by week guide on my progress. I’m glad that some others have found it helpful. I’ve also emailed and even spoke via phone with some on here who’ve had questions. I know I found so much of what’s here to be useful and helpful— I’m glad to be able to do the same for others.
I’ve included updated pictures now that I’m at one year. This is fully pumped and with a viagra for even better natural engorgement. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have.
