I think not. Maybe it's not totally deflated?

During early stages of recovery that’s pretty normal.
It takes several months of cycling for the cylinders to relax and soften.
Also, and again due to the stiffness of the cylinders, you’re probably not as deflated as you think you are.
Give it a couple months of cycling and it will feel more natural.

Yes, that is pretty normal. Took me a couple months to be able to bend it down my left leg like it used to hang.

How long have you had it?

I had that too. It was short lived and was a minor issue. Everything resolves over time. Patience is your friend.

Must be a difference between Titan and AMS. My surgeon told me to squeeze it out to help prevent erosion but that makes my CX look gnarly so I always keep a pump or 2 in to give it a natural look but even with that it hangs down, since I started cycling at 3 weeks.

I'm having the same problem as @Copilot77:
CX implant, MS pump, erect length about 5.5", 6 weeks post-op.
Cylinders are pretty stiff, giving me what looks like a semi erection when flaccid, and my penis points more out than down.
After cycling and once natural deflation has finished, I squeeze out excess saline from the cylinders. I don't put the pump back into inflate mode until I'm ready again for an erection, as I was finding that putting the pump back into inflate mode caused some problems with auto inflation.

I believe that is normal if not deflated enough, or it hasn't been broken in yet from cycling and stretching it.
My Dr said it would stretch and soften out over time and start laying down much better. I'm almost done with week 2 of cycling my Titan, nearly 3 weeks post-op, and I've been aggressively max pumping and extra pumping it 2-3x a day for an hour and it started laying down at about 4:30-5:00 and I can fit it in my jeans now. First 1-2 weeks was sticking out pretty good.

I started cycling 3 days ago after 8 days, only 1 time, it hurt a lot, I also had a swollen scrotum, agreed with the doctor to stay 3 days without riding a bike to let everything rest, today my scrotum was a bit less swollen (after 2 days) I tried to go cycling, at 1pm I went cycling for 70 minutes, it was hard to inflate to the maximum I could, now I tried again for the second session, it was just as hard but I did it, another 65 minutes, I tried to masturbate, I was very close to cumming, but I didn't make it because I didn't want to force it, I feel like it's going very well, I feel like I'll be able to reach orgasm, with the titan it wasn't possible for me because of the oversizing, it started to hurt at a certain point, every morning when I wake up I see that the swelling in my scrotum has decreased and I can go cycling more easily, the ms pump is very hard unlike the titan pumps, when deflated I put it in inflation mode to block the self-inflation, I see that it works the opposite of titan, the cx cylinders if not well deflated are very hard, so I suppose that the Copilot77 cylinders are not completely deflated, it happened to me to have them like this on day 8 and 9, putting a couple of Mikedsy pumps is a good idea, it will always hang with or without pumps, it is the heaviness of the prosthesis
