Has anyone gone from tiny skinny flaccid to big and chunky with an implant? I probably need an implant in the neck few months. Ever since my penis was damaged from taking dutasteride, it's mega mega skinny around the base, mostly when flaccid. It's actually quite slim and sometimes short when flaccid all the way through. But when I stimulate an erection the difference is mighty. I've always been a super grower and not a shower. Erect I'm about 6.2 in long and 4.3 in girth, flaccid I'm like half that, sometimes even shorter, and the base is just so soft and squishy and empty, mostly when flaccid. When I stretch my flaccid penis it can stretch out to full length, about 6.2 including the head, but it stretches like a skinny ass noodle, it's like Earthworm Jim it's so skinny. With these kind of dynamics will an implant bring me to my full length and girth? Or because of the superhuman difference between most extreme flaccid and extreme erection, will I likely get a slightly disappointing result?

**I was diagnosed with Venous Leak last month. Also penis seems to be broken around the base, like the corpus is a bit broken, snapped or something like that, or it has come loose from it's root. Weird sensation, although the urologist that did the dipper said he could see nothing wrong with the tunica and the only damage he could find in my penis was a Venous Leak. I still think he overlooked something broken in the base. Anyway, long story short I need to find a good implant surgeon because shots are hit and miss and I can't hold a good full erection for sex, my erections are also a bit soft. I need an implant with a good result.

I think both the CX and Titan will take care of the flaccid issue.
They should also help the inflated size.

I believe you have a good chance of gaining girth both flaccid and erect with an IPP, and should maintain your length with a good surgeon. Where are you located?

Yes, there is evidence you will gain flaccid length and flaccid girth.



I'm referring to this study that found VED use after surgery increasing size to those amounts.

I'm 17cm stretched flaccid, but it's super skinny like yours, but with a VED, I barely get to 14cm, which leaves me wondering whether the urologist will size the cylinders to the stretched length or to the 'erect' length.

Pre implant I was 2 inches long at best due to radical prostrate surgery. A small turtle head is what It was. Over two years in Coloplast Titan I am 6L and 6G. It took much time to heal and grow. Upon waking from surgery I was disappointed. It was thin and not very long.

It really depends, but I'd say with your size, you have a good chance of getting your size back. For girth under 5, its pretty easy to get your girth back. For anyone over say 5.25" its a bit different as the implants CAN stretch to bring grith back, but I belieive that is limited - so if you are over 5.5" or so - its a crap shoot. Length is easier as its more about enusring you get the tips implants right, and you DON'T go over on size and cause erosion.

For me, pre-surgery I was about 6.5x5.5 - maybe a tad thicker in places - but I had Peyrones.
Pre cancer I was 7.5x6.25

Flaccid I was a solid 3" x 3" or so pre cancer and pre IPP surgery.

Post IPP surgery I'm at about 5.5x5.25 erect, and 5x4 flaccid. I definitely look better flaccid now than I ever have (was an "extreme grower" as it were).

It really depends, but I'd say with your size, you have a good chance of getting your size back. For girth under 5, its pretty easy to get your girth back. I see. You've lost a full inch of length though, which is quite significant. That's something that I desperately want to avoid.
