What made you change your mind of the 3 piece implant?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled 5/19/25

Do you have Peyronie's? What's your age? Any issues that are causing your ED?

I'm assuming that pills, vacuum pump /cock ring, and shots either don't work for you or have too many drawbacks. If so and given your stated girth (6"), either an AMS 700 CX or Coloplast Titan may be your best bet. But your urologist will discuss all your options with you.

Good luck with your appointment!

For whatever it's worth I was 2 inches at best right after radical prostrate surgery. Suffered 3 years ED, pills, injecting trimix was a real bitch and my last resort was an implant. Upon awaking from implant surgery(Perito) I was disappointed how small it was both length and girth. Sure it was better than that 2 incher. Over 2 years in Coloplast Titan I am at 6L 6G and very happy with it.Aggressive with cycling twice per day for one year, did Perito video exercises and here I am today. It's a healing process so have much patience. Growth took some 6 months to start showing. Hope this helps.

Since there must not be any scarring or atrophy I would go with AMS CM, If you had scarring I would use the Titan, I do know that the Titan will help in getting rid of the scarring from Peyronie's, did mine anyway,

I was similar size to you with no scarring or peyronies and was recommended by both Dr Karpman and Dr Clavell that my best chance at maintaining that size, especially my girth, was to go with the Titan.

Post op now 3 weeks and I am very close to that so I’m happy especially if I can grow it even a bit more with cycling over the next year.
