I have a penis that with a tunica thats getting more and more fibrosed because of usage. Losing size slowly although it could go much quicker if i had a lot of sex. Keeping it to once or twice a month.
Ive asked on this forum many times if i should get an implant to stop this size loss and having to be careful during sex and ultimately not enjoying sex to the fullest. But the general recommendation seems to be NO. Only when it doesnt work do you get an implant, which i can understand even though i hate seeing my dick getting smaller.
Lets say i will have lost 1.5 inches in girth and length before i get ED. Will surgeons like Clavell be able to restore some of it with tunica expansion cuts? Those of you who had this, how much did you gain?
