Did you have any pain on the rear tips of the cylinder? Proximal end/inside the body

I have quite a deep proximal measurement relative to my penis and i noticed that when i inflate to the max, my pain starts inside the body, near my anal area. I wonder if anybody else experienced this kind of pain, and it if ever went away? As i see most people talk about glans pain but nobody talks about this.
