Does a longer prosthesis increase penis length? Can it happen that I stay with the same length despite having a longer prosthesis than the previous one?
Could it be that with a longer prosthesis with more inflatable cm I won't notice any changes?

I don't know if my situation was unique. Post radical prostrate cancer surgery losing my prostrate I suffered 3 years ED where what only showed was 2 inches. Demoralizing to say the least. Implant was my last resort. Upon awakening from surgery I wasn't impressed. It was thin and short but of course longer than the 2 incher. Aggressive cycling twice per day plus Perito video exercises for one year gave me 6L 6G. I'm over 2 years in and one very happy man. It feels like my original. Coloplast. Titan One Touch by Perito.

I see you got 4cm more in your last revision. How did that change for you? or you don't notice any change whatsoever in your penis size? (either length or girth)

I read some crazy stories in the forum even one guy who got a revision with a bigger implant but his penis somehow became shorter. Implants sometimes operate in mysterious ways

It's not even been a week since the surgery, so there are still a few months to go before drawing any conclusions about the size. But it was fantastic news. I think with 4 cm more, and especially 2 cm more inflatable, I'll notice some improvements. By the way, this implant, the fourth, has been by far the best. No pain or discomfort, except for some stinging during the first night due to the urinary catheter.

I’m scheduled to see Perito on 3/14/25 for revision surgery. I’m dying in 3/12 and home on 5/22 . I’m a little nervous about flying home. Anyone have a experience that you can share

Hey Parmenides, hope your recovery is going well. I am curious if you managed to take some preliminary measurements with your new implant. Did your penis size change at all or exactly same as with the prior implant?
