I’m curious about everyone’s orgasm experiences and how they have changed post implant and through recovery.

Leto, thankfully my orgasm/cuming didn't change before or after the implant. I never had PE, but I could get off pretty quick when jacking off with the same intensity that you're talking about, but I usually didn't have as much ejaculate when jacking off, now that I'm older.

When I was young in my 20's and 30's I had a pretty big load of ejaculate when I would jack off, but as I've gotten older and started having problems with a benign enlarged prostrate, I just don't have as much load. I had the Boston Scientific Rezum procedure to reduce the size of my prostate 3 months before I got my implant (this probably reduced my load). I chose that procedure because it wouldn't eliminate ejaculate from spurting out. After healing up after that procedure and getting the implant 3 months later, I could still cum by jerking off and PIV sex. No ejaculation for me since I lost my prostrate. Over 2 years in and haven't been able to orgasm inside of her so after she is done it's always my turn manually with her help. The orgasms I'm having are so different than before implant and they are pretty intense.
