Hi,

I've had a venous leak since was a teenager (being implanted doesn't change that), and was implanted by Dr. Eid in 2021. Happy with the decision since pills had become less effective and injections were painful and not producing the desired results. While I still wake up with varying degrees of engorement (producing a rounded penis where the tubing isn't really felt), when I pump up past a certain point (around 20 pumps on my Titan) the cylinders become very prominent, my glans shrinks, and I lose my plumpness

Also, I tend to stay aroused and plump longer with oral (no condom) than intercourse (always with condom).

For those of you who have diagnosed venous leaks, is this your experience as well? If so, are you able to increase engorgement for intercourse through pills, Trimix etc.? Or do you you just vagina surf best you can?

Fyi, please don't comment the "surfboard" or "oval shaped penis" is just the dissatisfaction of a few overly picky men. Men considering the implant should be aware that an inflated implant without natural engorgement WILL result in a flat-ish penis.

same to me. the more the implant is inflated the more difficult it is to have blood flow to the penis. I think this is because the cylinders narrow the corpus cavernosum by pressing on them. if i don't inflate the prosthesis and i'm excited i can have a round and very wide penis compared to when the prosthesis is inflated. it's strange i know.
But i'm very happy to have had the implant.
One solution could be to excite yourself before and stimulating first and then inflating the implant, but if you also suffer from venous leakage, it is very likely that as soon as you put on the condom, the complementary erection will disappear. this often happens to me.

I think the titan's sharp points also have an impact

Would a cock ring help keep the blood in ? Can you even use a cock ring in conjunction with an IPP ?

Jakerip, do you use a cock ring even after the implant?

And do you have an oval penis also? Did the oval shape of the penis improve over time or still same as day 1?

No, I don't use one. I think it would be too restricting. The urethra is already slammed by those two cylinders. It would likely help with the lack of engorgement when laying on my back tho. It is super oval like that. Otherwise, yes it is oval, but not too the degree that out would be pointed out (I don't think). The shape hasn't really changed any.

I get great engorgement with my titan. I do take 20mg of tadalafil each day along with some other stuff to give me more volume of cum.

Oh absolutely.
