Pain

Postby Nostori » Mon Mar 24, 2025 10:49 am

Maybe my mind is moving to quick. But i have had the implant (ams 700) since 3-7-24.
Is the bulb supposed to be SO tight up against the bar of the penis on the left? And ii supposed to be able to feel the tunes with my hands? And still so painful, hard to sleep in certain positions.

At this moment, I'm scared i made a mistake and will have pain everyday for the rest of my life.
I guess would be a fitting end to it. A lot of depression over the years. ED was part of it. Trouble with erections since i was 19, I'm 53 now.

2 years in Coloplast Titan One Touch. I went through 13 straight days of pain and much discomfort. Yes you can feel what you are feeling. Thats a good thing cause if you have trouble inflating and deflating and finding those damn buttons to squeeze, tracing the lines to the bulb helped me to figure everything. I have CPTSD so I understand about depression. I was in a panic where I went twice after surgery to Perito's office in Miami. It was all very frightening however....I'd do it all over again. I think recovery is different for everyone. You will be fine. Ice and pain meds will be your best friend. I went through much doubt when I came home and I have to tell you that this site was so valuable to me in helping myself to calm down and have patience. Healing takes time. As long as you cycle and i'd suggest Perito videos on Youtube you'll be up and about in no time. And I can tell you that after you heal and are using your new toy you will be on here helping and advising others. I've had 12 surgeries in my life. The cancer one was extremely scary and the implant...frightening as hell. I'm one happy guy today and so will you. Im always around if you need pm or whatever. And one more thing, I can relate to you. I had 3 years ED post radical prostrate surgery where only a 2 inch small turtlehead showed. I did give thought to leaving the planet and i'm sure many have gone and go through the exact same thing. I mean..whats a man without his penis. Best to ya.

Nostori,

I am very sorry to hear of this, and hope you find a path to resolution soon. What does your surgeon say about this ? And have you gotten a 2nd opinion ?

Yep, I’ve had three implants. Hurt like hell. Took about six weeks before I could even try to inflate. Do it in a tub of warm water. Oh, it will still hurt but the warm tub feels great. I almost used my Chanel locks on that hard ass pump. Most-of the guys on here are made of steel and bulletproof so they may have taken a baby aspirin for their pain. Not me, I paid the price for my new tiny little wiener. You’ll do fine, just be patient. Oh and for heaven sake, don’t let your fingers slip off the bulb while squeezing!!!

Welcome to the brotherhood!

This is entirely normal. It takes a few months for things to sort themselves out. I’m 10 months in and things are still shifting.

You are gonna be all right, brother. I’ve had ED since I was a teenager too. Now I fuck like I’ve never dreamed of fucking before. Give it time!

Be well,
Leto
50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.
