Are you referring to the Tunica Expansion Procedure (TEP), where they make a bunch of small cuts in the Tunica to allow it to expand further?
If so, I'm also curious about this.

Google search "Tunica Expansion Procedure". Then click on Images.

That's some scary stuff. It's more than just making a few cuts.

I think he has two procedures confused with each other. There is a method to help peyronies done with a small tool that makes very small "scratches" in the tunica. This allows the IPP to better straighten out the peyronies damage.
TEP (tunica expansion procedure) on the other hand is very intrusive. Lots of cutting & grafting. Lots of potential complications. Several drs seem to be willing to do it. But there are very few members that have had it done. I only know of one member. He required at least one second operation & while finally being relatively happy now. I think his recovery took several years.
TEP doesn't look like a very viable option in my mind.

Your length and girth are way above average...you will be able to do all positions comfortably ....why risking with TEP???

Havent updated those in a while but the upper/middle part of my dick is thinning out. Over time i think this definitely will lead to an implant ina couple of years and also cause me to lose more length and girth. So would be nice to have it restored but depends on how bad it gets size wise. Everything extra is a risk

Just because they say they're willing to do it. Does not mean that they've done very many. Or have even done one.
Basically your dick is sectioned into two overlapping halves & sewn back together. Our member that had it done did not gain as much as is popularly claimed.

Had "simple Rigicon mailable done 6-2023 .. before it was over had 3 surgeries in 12 months .. once they thought i had an infection .. 3rd surgery due to dr. or his student under sizing me .. I could not imagine surgery like that which seems extreme .. here is photo of my 2nd surgery and the end result how it looked when they sliced it open like a banana from top to bottom. If your dick works .. no one is complaining except you in your mind why risk more surgery?
