Lotion
I am two weeks post op. As I approach the time when cycling will start I had a stray thought. Has anyone used any type of lotion on the penis during this time and beyond? I was wondering if doing this would have efficacy in keeping those tissues supple as you begin to exercise and maybe stretch things out?
65 Years. ED started mid 2000's. No Intercourse since late wife's hysterectomy in 2009. Smoking (quit in 2011) Diabetes, Inactivity.
10cm proximal, 11.5 cm distal
May 12 received 21 cm AMS 700 CX + .5 cm RTE.

Such, I didn't use any type of hydrating lotion or vaseline. I would say that it something that you could ask your implant urologist doctor, if it would be ok.
My wife is always trying to get me to apply lotion to my face, arms, hands, legs and feet, which I should because I'm not getting any younger. Maybe I could get her to apply some lotion to my Bionic Dick to keep it supple and soft

I personally wouldn't apply any type of lotion or ointment down there unless your URO recommended. Keep that area CLEAN. Due to possible infections.
72, AMS 700 LGX. Married to an Angel. Discovered ED at 67. Path = Diabetic, Supplements, Pills, Needle, Pump, and finally AMS 700 (2-8-24).

Yes I wouldn't put anything on there at this stage unless your doctor approves it.
I'm 3 weeks post op and would like to do the same but my uro practice nurse keeps telling me not to put anything on there.
She even told me not to put Betadine on the suture line, and just keep it clean and dry at all times.
Believes that Betadine can actually weaken the tissue over time.

70 y.o. married from Sydney Oz. PC and nerve sparing RRP 2022, but still profound ED since. Tried pills, injections, shockwave therapy, VED. Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.

No lotion, but lots of guys, myself included, find that once you get back to masturbating and/or sex, you are probably gonna want A LOT of lube, at least at first. I certainly did, and I bought the value size pump bottle of Lube Life on Amazon, lol. I’m about halfway through it after 10 months! But I am needing less of it now that my implant has settled in a bit.

50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

I bought a big jar of Astroglide from Amazon after I was cleared for masturbation and sex. Love it!
