Hi Guys, I am curious for those who have or had an oval penis. Does it get better with time? Or if it's oval from day 1 of surgery it stays that way?

And has anyone found any way to improve the oval shape?

I wonder if natural engorgement / blood flow has anything to do with it

I always had a oval cock even before implementation, the issue definitely increased after implant. I do have good natural aroulsol (sp) but still I like to use a Ved before activity. The Ved rounds out the penis really nicely. Yes post implant.

Mine was a round pipe prior to implant, of course with a good Trimix injection ...

Implant did create an oval shape, but when fully pumped and aroused now, it is slowly getting back to the lovely roundness.

I see my oval shape as a positive. It is wider when looking down from above and that's where you and your partner will usually be seeing it from.
