Consult with your URO surgeon. I was horny as hell at about 4 weeks.....but did not want to take any chances of anything going wrong. This implant thing was new and I had no experience with this implant. It's better to be cautious. Pussy can always wait.

I had trial sex at day 20 after infra pubic implant, it was just a trial, i had no inflamation at all, it wasn’t good sex, that came after at about week 8, you will go through a period that you feel you have an implant, at some point you will no longer feel the implant because it became part of you just like your ears or nose thats when the good sex is posible until that it’s like a kid learning to walk. Mav, everyone heals different and what type install did you get (Penoscrotal or infrapubic)

I was 64 when I got my AMS LGX (penoscrotal install) and I was soooo looking forward to PIV sex when I was cleared at week 6, but it was still painful when I got device training and I could barely get in more than 10 pumps.
