Cylinder tips hurt women

Hi guys,
I’ve noticed that the right cylinder tip is not as high into the glans as the left one and kind of sticks out a bit. The last woman I was with mentioned that it was poking her and it made her sore.
What can I do to mitigate this? Is this just a case of getting the glans to engorge more?
I’m not sure how to proceed really.

Sounds like your surgeon just didn't do a good job placing the cylinders deep enough into the glans. You probably need an upsizing and revision by a good surgeon.

are you inflating to 100%? That may be the issue. My wife prefers about 80% inflation, in my case she likes 16 full pumps rather than the maximum 20.

I can still feel the side of the cylinder tip even if I’m 80% inflated. I imagine that during sex with this rubbing repeatedly could potentially scratch the inside of the vagina, I guess.
It doesn’t help that the glans doesn’t engorge that much anymore either. I just wonder if I could just get the glans to engorge a bit more maybe that would help but I’ve tried everything at this point.

Try some nitric oxide supplements, see if that helps with engorgement, it has for me... And brought the sensitivity back.

Can I use nitric oxide supplements alongside Cialis? I take 5mg Cialis a day. Not sure how they react when taken together.

Should not have any issues, I will take a 20mg Cialis with nitric oxide, no problems, I only take the Cialis as I have so much of it leftover throughout the years, don't really need it anymore, the nitric oxide supplements seem to do the trick, along with exercise.

Do you have to take the nitric oxide supplements daily? Or do they work straight away ??

Consider Trimix uretral gel. It will make the glans engorge and might be just what you are looking for.
