I posted earlier that I was having trouble because my dick is now numb … or at least mostly numb. Others have commented that it can take a while for all the feeling to return. For those of you that have experienced numbness, can you tell me how long it was before you could experience an orgasm again? Did the numbness prevent you from having an orgasm or were you able to soldier on through the numbness to cum anyway? Or, when the feeling returned, orgasms returned. Comments please.

I still have numbness at the base of my shaft at ~7 weeks post op, mainly on the underside.
Assuming that it will eventually return to normal based on what I've read.
But I actually haven't lost my orgasms at all. If anything they seem to be more intense since surgery.
Only orgasmed from masturbation so far. Sex is a work in progress, just one attempt to date.
I'm fairly confident they will eventually return for PIV sex as well, once it becomes more comfortable.
Much of the stimulation for an orgasm comes from the frenulum and glans. Do you have numbness there?

Yes, over the last 6 yrs I have only had an orgasm in my wife maybe 5 times, I normally have to use my hand to get myself off. Now I have cum but not ejaculate if that sounds weird , it's called retrograde ejaculation, my Titan surgeon told me that it may happen, it did, either way I am happy I got my pecker stiffener.

I had my first orgasm during intercourse 11 weeks post op. It took another 8 weeks before I was able to orgasm during intercourse. At 20 weeks I haven’t regained all my feelings and it takes so long for me to get there I stop for my wife’s sake. When I start feeling the need (frustration) to reach an orgasm I can beat one out but I have to go so long and aggressive I am sore for several days.

Implanted 2 years ago with Titan XL. Orgasms for several months about 5 or 6 months in I started masturbating again and I could get off in about an hour been a lot of health challenges between then and now but now I can get off the same way in about 5 minutes. However oral PIV or Emmanuel stimulation doesn't do it for me for some reason I cannot figure out. On the plus side I can go indefinitely in any orifice available so that's something. With all the health challenges bladder cancer etc we haven't had much opportunity on the last 18 months but that's probably going to change here pretty soon and I'm really looking forward to it as is she. Just knowing that she is willing any time any place to do anything I like is pretty good for me right now at age 77. I'm going to keep trying and I hope you do too.

Thankfully I didn't have any problems with getting my orgasm back. At 4 weeks, even with still a sore shaft and glans, I was able to use my index finger and thumb in the shower to gently get off. It felt good after such a long time.
The first PIV orgasm was at 8 weeks after surgery, I still had soreness and numbness, but I was able to cum.
I've never had any problems with being able to cum, I usually have to tell my wife to slow down or I have to pull out so I don't cum in 5 or 10 minutes.
This last year between my 66 birthday and turning 67,I've noticed that it takes longer for me to cum with PIV sex, it's not a bad thing, I can now hold out to 20 or 30 minutes before I have an intense orgasm and I'm still satisfying the wifey.

I had some trouble climaxing prior to implant, and the surgery had to have messed it up further. It was very difficult for the first couple of months post-op (I pounded that thing for more than an hour! and sweated like a pig), but it has been getting slowly better.

I am nearing one year post-op. It takes a good amount of manual stimulation still.

They came back at week 7 about the time I started cycling. There's less sensation and it takes longer -- something I hope improves toward the 6 month mark. I'm anxious to use PT-141 again and see if that makes a difference.
