IPP Revision - VA Medical vs Medicare if Abroad in Philippines

Hello, a Question for my IPP Veterans..

I plan to retire in the Philippines in 2027. My IPP will be 1 year old next month, and things are going well.

I am wondering what the advise is regarding insurance? My Medicare supplimental is expensive, and goes up every year until over $500.00 per month in 10 years.

Do I keep paying it if I am abroad to cover a revision that will someday come? or Save the money and go out of pocket?

Does VA cover Implants and revisions?

Does Medicare A (Hospital) cover any of the cost? If its outpatient then maybe no....

I have primary Medicare and it will not pay medical expenses overseas —out of USA

Correct, but Medicate A is free, if I fly to US for revision, will Medicare A pay any of the cost of a revision, or is that all paid by supplimary (B) ? I guess that is my question.

Or if the VA in Philippines can do the surgery... not that I would trust them
