The bulge is actually becoming one of my favourite features of my implant, even though it has no practical application!
I was also always a grower and only average size, so my flaccid dick was always unimpressive. Wow has that changed!
Also getting some looks, and even a smile or two, from younger women when out and about. Great for the self esteem

I'm often finding it difficult to position in my underwear, a problem I'll happily own.
Probably the only other downside is that the relative difference between flaccid and erect length is less than what it used to be.
It's still early on and I'm cycling diligently every day. Hopefully over time I'll make further gains when erect.
