Hi Dan, I'm only a few weeks into post activation PIV sex. I was initially pumping to 100%, as hard as I could possibly get my erection. But I found it very uncomfortable at times, even though I could orgasm intermittently. The other day I had an idea. I tried inflating to about 85-90% and had a much better result. I could still sustain continuous thrusting and it was much more comfortable. So I'm going to keep that strategy for now and only use 100% inflation for cycling sessions to wear in the implant and regain size.

Many find that to be true, alone, or when with someone else. When fully inflated we can often be too rigid or pokey for a partners comfort. But you still have to do the cycling to regain your size and what you’ll find, in time, is that you will be able to practically achieve your full size, at least length, without having to pump to the enth degree. Once your member has grown out through cycling continue to do maintenance but you can eventually, at least I found that I can have practically my full size without having to be as rigid as an iron bar. I can get practically my full size by the time I’m pumped 85%. I’m not saying everyone is this way, but this is what I’ve been blessed with. Once the length has stretched itself out I’m then just pumping for more girth and if desired stiffness.

yes both of you re right, cause pumping to the limits reduces the bloodflow to the glans and therefore the sensation might be less. I alos do it for oral sex at the end and when starting foreplay to have a better sensation in the glans.

Sounds like you are having the time of your life. I’m guessing that you let some partners know that you have an implant and others not.

Yes, I have the best time of my life and enjoy sex to the fullest as a compensation for 4 asexual marriages.

I have 2 regular girls that know about the implant, they like and enjoy it very much.

For the most of the girls it's easy, like in the foreplay, I go down on her and pump the implant, like to 60%, then let her do some oral sex,get me horny, then go down again, lick some more and pump to 90% and we start to have sex. In between, while changing the position, I just make some more small pumps. In general it's very easy to hide pumping, mostly if you meet for the first time.

you're right, take it easy and relax, as now with the implant, you just don't need to hurry-up and be anxious not to loose the erection...
