not all them pecker pipes are built the same, no sir. that titan max? whooo boy, she packs a punch, sittin at a beefy 22 millimeters diameter on each side that is like the double barrel shotgun of implants right there. now the ams 700, she is a touch more polite, comin in at 18 millimeters, still got some heft but not quite the same wallop. and then you got your malleable one, bless its heart, sittin at 13 millimeters she is lean, she is simple, and she gets the job done, but she aint tryin to win no heavyweight title. point is, when it comes to cylinders, size sure does vary, and pickin the right one depends on what kind of ride you want and what your body can measure, take and handle

u aint gonna be losin no length, alright? that dongs gonna end up about the same as your good ol stretched out length, just like when you give it a tug and measure from base to tip. so dont go worryin none thinkin it's gonna come back shorter what you had stretched is what you gonna have standin proud when all is said and done.

well now, if your blood flow’s runnin low like a dry creek in august, then yeah, you might lose a bit of that girth she just aint gonna puff up like she used to. them tissues need good strong flow to stay thick and full, and if the pumpin aint workin right down yonder, that ole girth might slim down some. it aint the implant’s fault, it is just the way the body works when the blood aint movin like it oughta or like eternally expanding inflatable water balloon
