what's your history buddy , have you had 2 ipp's followed by a malleable ?
that would be an interesting perspective on the different methods of implants .

I agree...but 22 mm for titan and 18 for ams are the max expandable girths...it's the max it can get in vitro and not necessairly how it will end up in the penis..for example if a corpora holds 11 mm no matter how big an inflatable can expand in vitro it will still end up 11mm as thats what the corpora permits and whenever you try to pump beyond this or 12mm it will be impossible...so it's only useful for those whose corpora are beyond 13-14mm (max malleable girth available )....And my proof is the number of pumps could be pumped in vitro vs the number of pumps could be done when implanted is way more .However it's still has the hydraulic force that could push the corpora a little further providing a way better stability at the base and a slightly better girth and axial rigidity...yes it makes the penis fuller but how significant that is ? Definitely not a 5 millimeter jump per corpora....and the most important question...at what cost?
