Fat pad before implant dr kakky

Dr hakky is the go to guy for this...yezterday i had fat pad surgery and dr hakky cut the ligament to make your dick longer...was already 7 inch erect now i gained a inch more...as soon as im healed ill be doun my implant.....any questions u can hit me up..

Chrismc1981, appreciate the offer. What was involved in the fat pad surgery, and how much of a visual length difference did it make ? I had heard that cutting the ligament might make even a very stiff penis very mobile.
What has your experience been ? Have you seen any downside to having this done ?

Looks better and gained a inch....still swollen rite now

What are the negatives or side effects? That ligament exists for a reason...
