I was shocked and I asked do u not care cause I don’t have the ability to function like other men, she tells me majority of the women don’t care but they care when you don’t do anything about ur issue and not fix it because it’s the turn off and they don’t feel attracted to you. This just gave me even more confidence and to approach the surgery and to get things done.

I agree with you Drayan, women want you to realize that you have a problem and look for solutions. I'm glad you could open up to her and be vulnerable which to some women is not a turn off but a turn on.

I hope that you can get an implant as soon as possible and get your manhood back

Irishguy since you are a young guy implanted by long time. Wuold you like to tell us if have you ever been in a long term relationship, and how did you handle it in term of telling/ not telling straight away to your longterm partner?
Also has been the OTR noise an issue at all with them?

Hey man, I've been in a few relationships!! I get to know the girls, we have sex a few times and when I trust them to be good people I tell them.. absolutely none of them care like us men think they would!! If they have feelings for you and they see you treating them good and your a good person the girls I've been with never cared one bit!!
I think most women won't care but in regards to what op said he is very young and maybe doesn't understand the way a lot of women are!!! But I'm assuming he would care if his whole workplace knows about his ed... so I'm sorry for maybe my blunt response but as a recovering nice guy and over sharer, I've learned to keep my private life private!!

In regards to the pump noise!! I would always have a good few pumps in before hand and then music on during or a lot of coughing... or go to the bathroom and come back ready for work!!! It is an annoying part of the process for sure but there are many ways around it brother

irishguy, It's good to see your first Titan lasted 12 years. This forum is full of bad outcomes, failures, and other issues, because that's when people tend to post. It's nice to see a good result to remind us that these things, while not perfect, are generally pretty durable!

In regards to pump noise, do it while you are going down on her.

i will tell women about my implant as soon as they tell me how many guys have banged them . Which will be when hell freezes over . they take that info to the grave .
all they need to know is that I'm hard for as long as they want it and they give up . They can gossip about that all they want .

You are 23 and thinking about an Implant? Have you tried other options first?

I was 27 when I got my implant. I'm 41 now. I had to get one due to having frequent Priapisms and waiting in the ER room caused me to have corpora scarring which left me with penile necrosis. So I had no choice. If you have other options, I would seek those first. If you have insurance, then it isn't a big deal I guess. I had to pay out of pocket and travel to the US from Canada.

If you do get one, I would suggest Dr. Karpman in California. Really good doctor. His surgery approach you feel no pain and he gives you meds and you should be back to work right away. My work is more physical and I was back to work in a week.
