Well, it’s been 12 weeks since my operation and my dick is still numb. Is there anyone out there that went this long with a numb dick without regaining feeling? I’m at the end of my rope and unable to orgasm.

Whoops. My math is wrong. It hasn’t been a full 12 weeks. Nevertheless, I’d be interested in hearing a response to the following: if you experienced numbness in your penis after surgery, how long did it take you to get sensation back?

Sorry you're going through this, not being able to orgasm is the worst (ask me how I know!). I don't have an answer for you as I'm still pre-op, but I thought I had read several men discuss various levels of reduced sensation for up to six months after surgery.

Hang in there. Has your surgeon commended on this?

I met with my surgeon two weeks ago before I started having sex so I didn’t know about problems orgasming. When I brought up numbness, he just kept repeating, everything looks good - no infection, circulation good, symmetry good, etc. He is not really addressing my concerns.

9 weeks and still a lot of numbness here. No orgasm either. Sought second opinion from surgeon with 20 years experience for other issues but I did ask him this question. He said to give it between 6-18 months.

don't worry it will pass, it will take longer, they are the side effects of the titan, the cylinders are too hard, it will pass if he hasn't done something wrong, I haven't heard a doctor say yet... actually there is this thing here that I don't like

Forgive what might be a dumb question: how often did you orgasm prior to your surgery?

The night before my surgery, my girlfriend rubbed my dick against her clit for about 2 minutes and I came. I have no reason to believe that I had a problem prior to surgery.

until 3 months ago I had the titan for 2 years and 3 months, now I have had the cx for 2 and a half months, there is a huge difference in softness between cx and titan, with the titan up to 4/6 months I reached orgasm 50% of the time, for the first 2 months I reached orgasm 2 times out of 10, with the cx I masturbated at 12 days with 2 fingers slowly and I reached orgasm, now when I have sex with escorts I have to take dapoxetine to prolong the relationship, otherwise I reach orgasm in 10/15 minutes because I have too much sensitivity, now I am as sensitive as when I did not have an implant
