Can anyone recommend me a surgeon in Istanbul or Singapore please?

Looking to get a malleable preferably Rigi10 after much research. Main aspects are cost, revision rates and satisfaction rates.

I visited a surgeon in Singapore but he declined to tell me how many implants they do per year.


40 years old, pills dont work anymore after 15 years on them. ED began in my early 20s (might be an injury). Implant would really help me out.

In Brazil, you have Paulo Egydio or Eduardo Bertero; in Egypt, Ahmed Ragheb, Osama Ghattas, or Osama Shaeer; in India, Raman Tanwar, Joe Kaushik, Vijyant Gupta, or Ashish Sabharwal. (Go for india if you want rigi10 especially gupta).

I have looked around on this website for a while and India seems to be a nightmare. Also i researched Dr Gupta and his clinic has many complaints. Dr Tanwar apparently is much nicer and takes more time with each patient. I want to avoid india due to the cleanliness issue.

I also read that thailand might be a good option. There is one doctor in pattaya - Dr Niti. Apparently has much experience and couple of guys on this site has had implants done there.

There is one guy who has had an implant done in Singapore but he refuses to tell who the doctor is. I even messaged him directly

Cleanliness of streets and environment is shit as it's a 3rd world country but it has nothing to do with their hospitals and operation rooms. Actually it's tip top when it's a dedicated implant center. I recommend specific names not the country.

The complaints around Gupta are mainly due to his persona and post op follow up..but his results with rigi10 are perfect..I couldn't say less than that.

Yes Tanwar is very nice and very honest (not so common with implantologists).. He's a decent guy with great results too on the whatsapp group.

My surgeon is probably going to be Ragheb in Egypt.

Jordan also has 2 high volume specialists that I recommend: Yaman Altal and Hamdan.

Be careful all of them will push ipps so hard .

Most guys I mentioned are not only high volumes but also coloplast centers of excellence...If I were you I would discard singapore and thailand options.

The singaporian guy you are refering to got tactra from hakky.

India is just messy to deal with. I figure ill need a place with easy access incase something goes wrong. Singapore is or thailand is ideal location wise. With india ill have to get visa each time to visit and its a messy country and people overall. Ive been there before.

The doctor i met in singapore was Dr Ronny Tan apparently an OG with coloplast brand but he did not like it when i asked him how many they do per year. There is another singapore doctor i can meet.

I know that Dr Ghattas is a pioneer in penile implants but i dont have easy access to egypt. Only other options for me is turkiye or spain.

The singaporean patient i was referring to said he got implanted with a 27cm tactra in singapore. I dont know which doctor however. Why would he lie on this anonymous website? Seems he also had an infection afterwards as well. But sometime after the implant. Not sure of his status now

Dr Eid apparently mentioned something about malleables “getting loose” from the rear after a while. I hope its due to bad sizing instead of a systemic problem.

I havent come across any malleable patients who have had the implant for over 5 years.

Worst case collect some extra cash and go for a trip to usa and meet Dr Clavell i was thinking. He seems to have amazing reviews at his clinic in texas. Maybe stay in america for a month or so and get to use it as well in miami or LA. Ive never been but i heard it great if you have a reliable dick.

If you have (or can gather) the resources to come to the USA, have it done by a high volume surgeon, AND have a month long vacation in LA or Miami, then just have it done in the USA.

Have a phone/Teams/Skype/Zoom consult with Drs Eid, Hakky, Clavell, Levine, and any others that you read about here. Then come here, get it done, fly back a few days later. (The month long sex vacation in LA and Miami sounds fun but isn’t necessary for the implant process.)

I have always wanted to do an extended America tour and spend a month there. American embassy issues 5 year visas for tourists. I can get an estimate by the clinic and start saving up. Would be great if i can heal and then go to miami and try out my dick on the Latinas there.

With india ill have to apply every time i need to travel and it takes a few weeks to get the passport back.

Only issue is incase of emergency rushing back to usa would be impossible. I just read a report one of Dr Eid’s patients who got sepsis and had to rush back to the ER in new york.

Ive been to istanbul a few times and i know my way around thats why Dr Karaman was also an option for me. I just read another report by one guy who was undersized by 3cm by Dr Karaman so there’s that. But he is a high volume surgeon.

Ive read a bunch of nightmare stories coming out of india and even though Dr Tanwar seems very nice its not a practical place for me to return to if things go wrong.

My dick is not completely dead yet. Its still at the unpredictable stage. Getting a good boner with high dose cialis or viagra is now like flipping a coin.

I also take L citrulline and pycnogenol daily to assist the dick pills. I reckon it makes 25% difference. For me arginine does not work but citrulline does.

Yeah the wobbilness is a common side effect with mpps but in most cases it's an aesthetics problem rather than a functional one.

But if you got a massive dick like obviously big especially in terms of girth ,get the ipp from the start...because it will wobble to dysfunctional levels.

Im not thick but the length is longer than average. Bone pressed stretched to the tip is around 7.5 inches girth maybe 5 inches. Glans alone might be one inch

Im also a grower and ifs its cold like in an operating theatre im worried shrinkage might cause me to get downsized.

I was hoping for the Rigi10 and if i decide with to go to Dr Tanwar ill ask him about the Shah implant since its the thickest MPP.

It's the oldest so it's true and tested. It has a hydrophilic coating...this prevents infection.

It bends well so with genesis you don't gamble with whether it's going to bend appropriately or not as other brands don't bend well or even bend at all sometimes.

Don't worry about being grower...it doesn't matter as sizing is dictated by maximum tunical stretch and this is independent of you whether being grower or shower..Also anesthesia relaxes the penis during surgery so it's easily stretchable by the surgeon.

Implanters who do malleables frequently on the other hand prefer genesis...Rupin shah, eduardo bertero , Shaeer, Ghattas and tons of who I've consulted.

Hakky has an impressive cv but mostly for an ipp...his experience with malleables isn't that vast..still legit and he got some solid insights...but he isn't mastering the off records of the malleables.

And yes you are talking about justin hunt..he hated the presence of tubes and pump..so did cautiouslyoptimistic and thedriver....and I hope he gives us feedback after 5 years of use...but again malleables aren't friendly for a big dick and his dick is enormous even on pornstar levels..

So if he's still satisfied that's a win for malleables but if he ain't still this is predicted as I said earlier (Ghattas video).
