I wanted to go with a 3 piece but with other surgery a MPP is looking like the only option.
Any input would be appreciated as to which is most favorable.
Who makes the best MPP ? Opinions please

tooyoung wrote:In my opinion, the best is coloplast genesis because it's tapered at the tips so it's more anatomicaly appropriate for corporal tips (see pic ). This tapered tip allows easier insertion and this allows biggest size possible.
It's the oldest so it's true and tested. It has a hydrophilic coating...this prevents infection.
It bends well so with genesis you don't gamble with whether it's going to bend appropriately or not as other brands don't bend well or even bend at all sometimes.
Anyway the most important thing when it comes to malleables is that you choose a high volume malleable surgeon because surgeons in u.s/europe often install ipps and they have minimal experience with malleables.
If you are going to do it, I suggest any of Brazil, Egypt or india.
In Brazil, you have Paulo Egydio or Eduardo Bertero; in Egypt, Ahmed Ragheb, Osama Ghattas, or Osama Shaeer; in India, Raman Tanwar, Joe Kaushik, Vijyant Gupta, or Ashish Sabharwal. (Coloplast Genesis is not available in India.)
If you want to do it in the U.S go for Raphael Carrion but it's going to be up to 6 times pricer than clinics mentioned above and not necessarily better at all. Also make sure that he does it himself and not his residents.
All of them are going to push ipps hard as any other implantologist but they perfect doing malleables.
Also if you got massive dick like obviously big , don't gamble with malleables and go directly for ipp...and that's not because of a size loss problem...it's because if an implant's girth doesn't fill your corpora well it will wobble and malleable girth sizes have a limit in contrast to ipps especially titan.
Excellent points made by TooYoung. Seriously he's TooWise
If I were to do the MPP a 2nd time, I’d choose a high-volume MPP surgeon in Brazil, Egypt, or India in a heartbeat. It’s not just about “high volume,” but "high volume for your specific device". The most critical decision here is selecting the right surgeon, the rest, believe it or not will be on autopilot.
