I posted something similar on Reddit but thought it would get more traction here.

I’ve noticed quite a few people discussing how implants affect size, so I thought it might be helpful to run a quick poll. This might help set more realistic expectations for others considering the surgery.

Since most of us tend to be smaller immediately after the procedure, it would be great if only those who’ve had their implant for at least 6 months could take part. That way, we’re giving insights based on more settled, long-term outcomes.

I wasn’t really sure how to vote. With full inflation sans arousal, I’m at my pre-op length. This became apparent and measurable at around a year. However, with arousal, I’m now gaining a bit more than I ever was. So, there’s that too.

When did you have your procedure? Your signature says August 7 of this year, but it’s only the second.

You’ll most likely get your length back; it just takes 8-12 months of traction.

Comparing “ size” is a slippery slope.
When I say I gained size thats after a ten year struggle w ed w peyronies, not to compare to a youthful size which was larger then my bionic size. After ten years of dick hell im very pleased where my IPP left me.

Fair point but consider, 1) that is also unequivocal proof that penile implants will make your dick bigger (in the way it truly matters, which is compared to what is was before you got one if you've had ED for years), and 2) enough VED therapy for months before the implant will supposedly treat or heal the fibrosis in your dick tissues that is the cause of ED and allow the surgeon to fit you with an implant that matches your real, natural youthful erection size, and then any expansion from the implant can increase your size to the biggest you've ever had. Did for me.
