I have read of a few negative outcomes lately. This does not seem to be the norm. I was diagnosed with Peyroines decease which also lead to ED. I did alot of research and communicated with my doctor about expectations. I used the vacuum pump pre surgery for 6 weeks and got to 6 1/4". I have a 18 cm lgx with 2cm extenders. It still seems to be growing some. My girth is between 4 1/4" and 4 1/2" , add another 1/2" if I used viagra to girth. I am 5 3/4" without viagra and 6" with. My wife likes it and has no problem orgasming. I can last longer than I ever could. A little discomfort still with pump but not bad. I still have some of the curve but it is slowly straightening some but has a ways to go. I always had a curve so may always have some. Orgasms are good but because I am 50 ( i guess) I can only orgasm a couple times a week. I am glad I got the implant. I do wish I had more girth but hoping that will improve some. I would definitely do it again.

Thank you for the "happy ending" , (I can't believe I said that! LOL)...No, seriously I have decided to go ahead and get a Titan implant which is on for May 7th and lately the negative posts have made me a little anxious! I really hope for and look foward to a successful procedure that can give me a normal spontanious sex life...your post gives me confidence that I am doing the right thing. I can't deal with injections and pills are usually a miss so I really feel I've made the right decision.. The negative posts were a real bummer and bad timing because of my imminent procedure...I know their situation and complications (pre-conditions) have very little to do with my case...Thanks again for the positive message!!
54 y/o and suffered from organic ED (peyronies) for 10+ yrs. Pills stopped working, injections too painful and VED not for us.
Implanted on May 7, 2013 with 24 cm C/P Titan zero angle by Dr. Eid, NYC.

Matthew,
I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan in December 2007 after developing ED Post-Prostatectomy in February 2004.
I made the decision to be implanted after the "standard" ED Treatment Modalities did not work to my satisfaction.
The Titan Implant completely corrected my ED and restored both my sex life and the emotional bond with my wife.
We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary on September 8, 2012 and have been fully enjoying my Implant
for the past 5 years and counting.
In retrospect, I would be implanted again in a heart-beat!!
Hope that sharing my story has been helpful.
