Experiences with the longevity of implants

Dear men,
What are your experiences with the longevity of implants?
How long have you had yours in?
Have there been any revisions due to technical errors?
57 years old, living in Germany, ED since 2004, Levitra in high doses still works.
I sometimes use an Osbon pump and two D-rings during sex. It works very well.

Chris, I've had mine for almost 4 years now and love it. I haven't had any problems with my AMS 700 LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tips.

It looks like you are having good results with meds and D rings at 57 which is great. I had total ED after having a benign enlarged prostrate procedure 63, but I was already talking to my urologist about the implant.
For me around 60, I just couldn't stay hard anymore with meds, especially after I climaxed, I would get soft, so I could satisfy my wifey.
I had the Boston Scientific Rezume procedure done which injects steam into the enlarged prostrate to kill tissue and reduce its size. I believe that the steam hit some nerves down there and I just couldn't get it up anymore.

Good Luck with a decision,
SWorks
