Titan One-Touch -- Any tips or tricks?

Postby Life Renewed » Thu Sep 04, 2025 10:20 am

I am only 1 week after implant so I know this is really early in the game, but as a complete noob, I'm looking for insight, tips, or tricks.

1) The bulb seems really firm. Will it always be this firm or does it soften up?
2) Does one-touch actually work? It seems that I need hold the deflate button while deflating.
3) I need to squeeze my penis and cylinders to get it to deflate at all. Normal?
4) If I activate the one-touch, and it works, do I need to pump 1 pump to get the valve to seal again when done deflating?

If you have a Titan one-touch, what is your experience?

Thanks.

(1) I'm finding it does or at least I'm becoming less nervous about using a strong grip on the scrotum.
(2) Not for me so far. I'm actually not sure what "one touch" means in this context.
(3) Yes.
(4) I've heard/read this, too. I've been doing it but will be checking at my follow up in a few weeks.

I'm about three years in, and the bulb has definitely softened up.

2) Does one-touch actually work? It seems that I need hold the deflate button while deflating.

I have figured out how to make one-touch sometimes work, but honestly, I almost never do it.

The trick I discovered after many months is to hold the button very firmly, compress my cock to push fluid out, and then release the button while I'm still compressing my cock. It doesn't always work, but two or three times in a row and it usually does. This is enough of a pain that I basically never do it.

For me, this is okay. I like being able to soften a bit without worrying that it's going to go all the way down.

3) I need to squeeze my penis and cylinders to get it to deflate at all. Normal?

Normal. At least, that's my experience as well. It'll soften a tad when I press the button, but to really get it to go down I need to squeeze. The place it softens to is convenient. It's still hard enough for sex, but less feeling of pressure.

4) If I activate the one-touch, and it works, do I need to pump 1 pump to get the valve to seal again when done deflating?

I always do two quick pumps after I empty my cock. I don't know for sure whether it matters if one-touch doesn't engage, but it's not really clear when one-touch occurs, so I figure better safe than sorry.

The one exception to the quick-pump is that a few times I've though it would be fun for my cock to fill up by itself. For that, I make sure one-touch is engaged, as described above, and then I don't do the quick-pump at the end. It's kind of cool to wake up with a partial stiffy. Just like the old days! The one downside of this is that it can be very hard to get that first pump in after I do this. Like the pin some how "settles open" over night and I have to push really, really hard to get things going again. So far I've always been able to, but it feels a little weird which is one reason I don't do this often.
