Revision Cylinder Size
I’m scheduled for a revision from the Rigicon X to the Rigicon AX at the end of next month, which will be about four months after my initial implant. My surgeon is confident that he can fit the same cylinder size, even though the AX has a length-expanding feature. What I’m struggling to understand is how this works if I wasn’t undersized during the first surgery. The AX can expand up to an additional 5.5 cm, but if my tunica can realistically only stretch another 1–2 cm, where does the rest of that potential expansion actually go?

I don't know anything about Region but the AX seems to be the same at the Boston Scientific AMS LGX which expands in length by 25 percent.
I have the LGX and I had a lot of Glans pain for over 6 months before I could go over 45 minutes fully inflated. I still get some discomfort when I'm inflated to the max for over an hour.
I would ask for the X which is probably stiffer.
My internal measurements were 10cm proximal and 11cm distal for a total of 21cm. The doc gave me a 18cm LGX with 3cm rear tips and I think that is why I had so much glans pain, because if it expands 25 percent then I was probably oversized. My bionic dick does work well and I've had it for almost 4 years. I just wish it was stiffer at 70 or 80 percent.

Is it stiff enough at 100%? And have you noticed any length gains?

It’s plenty stiff enough at 100%. It gets steel rod hard at 100% and my wife likes it like that.
No size gain past my original length.

Did your doc explain why he didn’t use a 20 cm with 1 RTE? I’m guessing about pump placement, but asking just the same.

Desperado, I’m not sure, he didn’t tell me, but you’re probably right about pump placement.
