DM the user “Rodsmen.” He used a VED both before and after his procedure and saw gains.

I used both a VED daily (about 15 minutes every morning while I was in the shower) and a Phallosan Forte penis stretcher for 10-18 hours a day for 6 weeks before surgery.

They both helped. I used the VED pretty consistently, briefly each day, for a couple years while I was in the tail end of my ED.

I added the Phallosan Forte once I knew I was going forward with surgery. You have to wear it for hours and hours every day. Anything less and it’s not effective. It’s not at all painful and can be hidden under loose clothing but it’s a hassle. You have to take it off and put it back on every time you take a piss.

The VED tube had a ruler marks on the side and I regained anout 3/4” fairly quickly after I started using it consistently. Continuing to use the VED maintained that.

The Phallosan Forte (hours and hours for 6 weeks) got me about 1/2cm. Hardly anything but definitely real. And if it allowed my surgeon to round up to the next size up, awesome

I do NOT believe these make you bigger than your best years of your youth. But they definitely helped me regain size I had lost and preserve it.

I've been using a VED prior to masturbating for about a year and it seems to have made my penis longer by 3/8" and I can tell it's larger girth wise just by the look and feel.

That's brilliant. Thanks for responding, been wearing a thigh penile stretcher for a few hours a day, gaining size not an issue, just wanted to prevent size loss. Have a LGX penile implant due in the not so distance future. Just waiting on. Surgery date.

They will definitely help maintain size. I’d add a few minutes of VED each day to preserve girth as well. I bought the cheapest one I could find on eBay or Amazon. Just pump until it’s uncomfortable, but not painful. Enough to feel like you are getting a good stretch. 15 minutes or so was enough for me.

I believe Goodwood is got this correct. Im a ved maintenance user trying to gain back some of my natural size from my youth.
At fully pumped now I no longer get much of a “ stretch “ feeling so using the ved is good for me at when a revision is needed Ill get an upsizing

I used a medical grade vaccum pump before the implant surgery and have had a remarkable result. The pump was recommended by the surgeon and was a big factor in her ability to use a larger implant when the surgery occurred because the scar tissue from my Peyronies was stretched. It also made the surgery easier and I think that is why I did not have much pain or swelling. The size of the erect penis is everything that I remember from my teen-twenties time frame. I also had scar tissue from injections. Good luck.

I also had very little pain. I required no narcotics. Advil, Tylenol, and Ice packs were enough for me to be really comfortable. And within a month or two had exceeded my preop length and am likely what I was in my best days.

I have suspected that all my VED and traction devise use had my tissue well stretched in preparation of surgery, leading to less pain and swelling.

I wonder if anyone has ever done a study about that?
