Possible leak

Postby Pau1pau1 » Mon Sep 08, 2025 2:56 am

Hi guys
I had my Titan installed 3 yrs ago, been brilliant.
Takes me about 25 pumps until it's bursting, hard like iron bar and pump goes hard like a marble.
A few weeks ago the pump started to go flat after about 20 pumps, probably 90% hard.
Do you think I have a small leak?

yes if you can't go to 100% as before
LGX 18 + 1, 90 cc. 2023/12
Pre-OP VED length: 5.5". Post-OP: 4". At 3 months post-op: 5".
Cycling with a lot of pain for the first 5 months, now improving
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).

3 years going strong, I hope it's just a minor glitch and you're back in the saddle.

2018 First Titan IPP , infected
2018 3 Month later, Second Titan.

Hey, Powerliftingdad! How’s your implant holding up with all that power lifting?
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Perfect. I lift 6 days a week.
Incredibly intense and heavy powerlifting workouts.
No problem with 600+ lb squats and deadlifts.
Never an issue

That’s amazing. I’m always questioning the durability of this thing. While they do fail, they’re probably much more durable than you are sometimes led to believe.

Live your best life and dont spend a minute worrying about your implant failing.
That's borrowing difficulty that isn't yours yet.
When it fails....then get it replaced. Revisions are an easier recovery.

In the meantime.....be smart and not wreckless with it.....but use it and enjoy it!!!
