How long until your doctor gave you the ok to start or when could you tolerate it (pumping with the Scrotoplasty wound)?

Also, was your IPP penoscrotal given the open Scrotoplasty incision?

Three days for me.
Three weeks for sex.
Dr did say at preop that it would take longer till I could pump, but three days was mentioned with instructions so that’s what I did.
I definitely recommend having it done with ipp, my wife says it sure makes my dick look good.

You will need to follow your surgeons instructions.

I see you have 2027 projected date of surgery. I would recommend doing what you can to get rid of fat pad if you have some there.

The scrotoplasty is just a natural part of the penoscrotal incision and my surgeon suggested it. I don't think it added much time to my recovery so I suggest you do it. It heals pretty fast, no scar to speak of and I did not have extreme swelling. I waited about 4-6 weeks before using the pump--I am not sure about that. Anyway, a scrotoplasty is expensive if not done as part of the implant, so in doing it with the implant, it is covered by insurance.

It never occurred to me to have the scrotoplasty and I was surprised when the surgeon suggested it. She said it would made the penis/scrotum look great, especially when erect. She said getting it done now is better so that when I get older I don't have problems with low hanging testicles.

Haha--I am 65 so I thought, 80? Anyway, 5 years after the procedure, all is good. Why are you waiting to do this?
