can feel reservoir after weight loss

Though I have been implanted in 2021, I never knew all along where my reservoir was placed.
Then a fortnight ago I noticed some kind of an internal soft lump/protrusion just 3 inches above the base of my penis in the right pelvic area. I started googling but then I thought it must be the reservoir of the AMS LGX.
I have lost an unbelievable amount of weight due to conscious diet and exercise so I guess that is what makes the reservoir conspicuous all of a sudden.
Also the tubing on the base of the penis feels more visible and can be felt distinctly on touch. This was not the case before to this extent


Has any bro here experienced something similar after weight loss?

My surgeon is 1600 kms away and to get an appointment would be difficult. I have no pain or discomfort of any kind. I tried inflating and there is no problem.

but how do I make sure it is the reservoir and not something of the medical kind?

I am a competitive powerlifter in a bodybuilders physique. I am 210 lbs currently and 9% bodyfat.

I can feel both of my reservoirs right next to each other. My first reservoir was left inside me to not risk nerve damage removing it. Doesn't bother me in any way and you can not see them....even in my shredded condition.

Yea, travelling 1600kms is not reasonable in this instance.

A video visit with your implant surgeon might put the question to rest.

Otherwise your local physician should be able to order an ultrasound scan. (Same thing expecting mothers get to look at images of the developing fetus) and that will conclusively determine if it is your reservoir or something else.

You can feel mine with your hand super easily.
You wouldn't be able to see them unless I fully shaved you public area. Even then they would be hard to see.

They don't bother me or affect my life or vigorous activities in any way.

I had the exact same thing happen and had the same question: I lost weight and suddenly it appeared. Just another benefit of weight loss.

I’ve been working out and distributing fat and seems as though I can deflate a bit more.
Typically when I deflate and penis looks alien like and by the time I have to whiz (62 year old with enlarged prostate) it looks normal. Now stays alien form till I give it a few more pumps.
