Residual Erections and Engorgement With IPP

For those or you with Coloplast Titans - do may of you have some residual erections?

Do you engroge a bit when aroused, in your skin and what not? Do you ever feel little twitches of arousal etc?

Are you more or less likely to retain residual engorgement with Infrapbubic vs Penoscrotal?

Yes sometimes I feel aroused but the veins to support a natural erection were removed for the implant, so it's just a nice feeling. I also do kegle exercises.

I have no idea if one surgical method or another is better for retaining engorgement.

I still get morning wood around my Titan. I still get engorgement/erections around my Titan when I’m turned on. It’s not just a feeling, it is visible. I get thick/firm (although not hard, but I didn’t get hard before implant. That’s WHY I ended up getting implanted)

It was a pleasant surprise. I had assumed I would be trading in any erectile function when I was implanted. In my case that didn’t happen.

Oh yes. Some days I wake up feeling like I have morning wood. Arousal causes some engorgement. After sex it's difficult to deflate fully due to engorged blood. Just pumping up fully and having that feeling of an erection causes some engorgement.

I have been fortunate enough to retained a tremendous amount of natural engorgment.
I take cialis 5mg daily which certainly helps as will as TRT.
Plus I am extremely physically fit. I'm sure all those factors contribute.
I get morning wood every day.
I only have to pump to about 25 to 50 % for great PIV intimacy.

I just got the AMS CX on Thursday. Don’t get the cath out until tomorrow. Is it weird that it feels like I am getting hard? Not that hard but feels like a nice chub. I can’t see it because I am still mummy wrapped until.
Just funny and glad I am still getting that feeling.

Did I read you got your first implant in 1997 - it broke in 2003 - then you waited 20 years for a revision?
