Finasteride has mutated the penis of many men. There are numerous patients here on FT that developed venous leak and impotence from taking finasteride.
I took dutasteride and it totally mutated my penis. Turned it into a jelly elastic band. Something inside my penis changed. I'm due to be implanted next month.
Does anyone know if it's safe to take low dose finasteride if you have a penile implant?

I wouldnt risk it.

I use a Fin/Minoxidil topical solution with no side effects and great hair results. All the research I did in the past showed much higher risk of sides with oral vs topical Fin. I would not take oral Fin.
