My two year anniversary will be in January. I've recently hit upon a problem that I may or may not need to address.

I was 265 pounds wearing a size 36x32 pants when I had my surgery. Since June, I've dropped to 225 and 32x32 pants. I feel great. I look even bigger than before. But now you can definitely see a knot where my reservoir was implanted.

I saw Dr. Hakky last week about normal urology stuff and showed him. His response was grrr, I've only had to move three because of weight loss. Lol

So far it's not getting in the way or bothering me too badly. I can see it becoming an issue if I drop 10 more pounds though.

Has anyone else lost a significant amount of weight after surgery?

I recently started Zepbound, and have lost just a few pounds so far.
I had crept up to about 207 pounds, and am right at 200 now.
I'll be following this, as I'd love to get back down around 170 or so.

The reservoir showing is an interesting possibility.

I've been taking Rybelsus for around 3 months. Took two sabbaticals from it due to not tolerating the dose I was on. Went from about 247 down to 217. 38" waist pants to 36" currently. I'd buy 35" if they made them. Suspenders are a life saver.

I'm far from skin & bones even now. I'm 5'11" tall. I have absolutely no idea where my reservoir is placed in me. I'm thinking it is well hidden. If by chance it does make an appearance I'll be sure to post about it.

A bit odd if you think about it. So many pre implanted men worry that women might discover they have an implant. Now they'll be worrying about the reservoir showing.

5’11” 245 down to 219 about 10-20 more, maybe.
I have no idea where my reservoir is. I even did a quick water weight loss with no visibility of reservoir.
I purchase my odd size pants on amazon, 33-32, 35-32. Good back to school sales on Levi’s. I jump around from 33, 34, 35-32. Buy a couple pair of different sizes and send the ones back that don’t fit. The black and white jeans typically fit better.
Weight loss sure makes My Bionic Dick look good. When I walk through the house my wife can’t make up her mind as to what eye to look at.

i always wondered how that reservoir is placed . is it slid up into place ? One incision for the pump and used as access to place the reservoir?

One incision for me, but a big azz one as I had the Scrotoplasty also.

EDIT: No scrotoplasty but I had a penoscrotal incision. It wasn't much more than an inch long, and everything went in through that.
I asked my surgeon where he put the reservoir. He said behind the pubic bone and vaguely pointed there.
I can't see or feel anything relating to the reservoir, so I really have no clue exactly where it is.

My reservoir migrated immediately after surgery. Doctor wasn't 100% sure why but thought it had to do w how my prostatectomy was done. It's just below my belt line. You can see it. The biggest challenge was getting used to feeling and having to adjust waist bands/belts. 6 months later no pain, just w weird bump. I'm married so it doesn't matter. If I was single and out trying to slay ladies w my bionic dick I still wouldn't worry about it. Just part of my "character"

I'm 6' 1" and 173 pounds. So, my reservoir is definitely noticeable.

But I wouldn't expect a woman who didn't know I have an implant to think twice about the lump because it's pretty small.

And it shouldn't bother you in any way. I don't notice it at all during sex.

I recently posted about exactly the same thing and only got one response. Guess it got lost. I was 232 when implanted and now at 185. My reservoir was placed ectopic because I had double hernia with mesh on both side so Dr placed it just under muscle supposedly. When the weight came off I now feel like it’s just under the skin as it’s like half a lemon sticking out directly under my belt line. I have an appointment with Clavel on January 6th to see what he thinks about moving it. Guessing a full revision which I’ll be fine with since I also feel I’m a bit short and my tips of cylinders are now poking my wife in certain positions.
Mechanically it’s working perfect so it’s questionable as to if it’s really worth it….. stay tuned after Jan 6th
