Titan Classic?

Postby Coasty » Fri Nov 14, 2025 6:40 pm

I am scheduled for a Titan classic implant in December. Due to my Peyroines, several surgeons have suggested the Titan over AMS though one high volume surgeon did recommend the AMS. Scanning the threads I noticed some challenges with the Titan. Does anyone really like their Titan implant or should I be considering AMS ?

If you have a larger than average size, the Coloplast Titan is your best bet for retaining size. The AMS CX is quite close but the Titan is larger.

In general I have always thought my job is to find a great surgeon. Then I should trust them and follow their recommendation. If most surgeons are telling me Titan, I’m getting a Titan.

I love mine. It’s great and I’ve had an excellent result.

I think a similar way of looking at your first point is it you're already large and are looking to retain that size while ensuring it stays a firm and rigid dick, go with the Titan.

If you'd rather gain some size in exchange for a little firmness, go with AMS 700 LGX. With VED prep and post-op cycling you can increase your length by 1, 2, or maybe even 3cm. You'll also gain about 2cm of girth, but only if you're currently below 5.5" in girth or less because the device can't support more.

CX can support more girth over the 5.5" mark, but that's about all I know.

Just my amateur experience based off going from an LGX where I could Perito THE exercise to the max to a Titan that even after about a year this thing's painful after full inflation.

Lots of men like their Titan. I’m one of them though it’s early in the process. One user here originally got a Titan, and needed a revision due to infection and switched to AMS. He’s now switching back to a Titan.

The only downside to a Titan, IMO, is the flaccid look and feel can be a little odd. The material feels a little “crinkly” when deflated and some users can get “dog ear” folds in the flaccid state. The good news is adding 1-2 pumps removes these issues if they bother you. You don’t get an implant to have a nice flaccid dick, so these are secondary to me.

The Titan classic pump is the best pump out there to me…it’s durable and the wide deflate bars are far easier to manipulate than the tiny deflate button on most pumps.

And the Titan hardness is unmatched. Literally inhuman at 100%. Any IPP will let you adjust the hardness to suit you, but the Titan has a larger range of hardness.

You have to trust your surgeon. Mine laid it out this way: If you want the greatest erection, get the Titan. If you want the greatest (comfortable) flaccid, get the AMS. That said, AMS CX is no slouch on axial rigidity.

Classic pump is the best Titan pump from a durability standpoint.

Again, you have to trust your surgeon and ask him what's best for you.

Another point is that the Coloplast Titan Classic pump is a stealthy pump. Not much in the way of squared off edges. About the size of a testicle and round/oblong. Definitely denser/firmer than a testicle that doesn’t seem to tip anyone off. I’ve had partners playing with my balls and sucking on the pump and they didn’t notice anything was up.

So if being discreet with hookups is important to you, it’s a great pump for that.

Thanks for all the feedback. I’m average size . Little concerned on the flaccid state if always trying to conceal. Good to know the pump is reliable and sounds like the erect state is always strong.

I have literally the largest Titan made (28cm), which makes it the largest overall sold in the USA. It is hard to conceal at first when everything is swollen, especially if you’re partially inflated after surgery. Once that all calms down I have not had much problem with it. It lays a little different and is longer than my old flaccid, but I worked it out. My dick is about 8” soft now. If I can stow mine I’m sure you can too.

No matter which implant you choose, be aware that being small when flaccid will be a thing of the past. The cylinders are physical objects in your penis, not organic tissue that stretches like your natural penis. Those cylinders will be close to the same length deflated as they are deflated. Whatever your stretch penis length is pre-op, you can assume that will be your flaccid length.

Everybody with an implant is a “shower”. I didn’t have any real choice on implant type because the Titan is the only implant that would fit me. But at this point and knowing what I know now, I would 100% have chosen a Titan if I had a choice. It’s a badass implant and any negatives are so minor that I literally don’t care about them.

I have a feeling GoodWood would agree with that.

I absolutely agree. I love this thing and am so glad I did it.

Thanks good perspective ER. Been focused on the remedy for ED and Peyroines, that I haven’t thought about the flaccid state and how that will be an adjustment. I’m a real thin guy so not sure if that will make it more pronounced.
