I’m 81. Have had implant since one month after my 79th birthday. I cycle it at least once daily and use it to either masturbate or have intercourse once or twice a week.

nick40, I'm about 10 months post-op, cycle or use it at least once daily, and put it to work 3-5 times per week

I am curious -- why do you ask that question, or, what value is that information to you ?

Cycle min six time a week, and sex avg 3.5 times a week.
Length of service is five months.

61. Implanted 8/20. This device gets a workout. Pumped up normally at least once a day, sometimes several times a day.

Yes it would be helpful to understand the purpose of your question. I am almost 9 months post op. I cycle my implant a minimum of twice a day, three times a day as often as I can. I use it for PIV sex three times a week on average. Sometimes for masturbation on other days. So it gets a pretty decent workout.

I have had mine just over two years. I won’t bury the lede, so I should say that it failed a couple of weeks ago, and I am getting it repaired on 12/17, but that’s not the point of this Q&A. I have been keeping count, in order to be able to report it to my surgeon, and also for watching the efficacy of DoxyPeP/PreP. I have topped 2,500 different men in the two years, with many repeats adding to that, plus my husband almost every day, plus masturbation every night. The saline leaked out, and I think a tube broke that was never quite right—it was always sticking out.
