DAY 21 POST OP

I'm still alive!
But, I don't know why, the forum in the previous days didn't allow me to post in my original topic!

Anyway, I'm still there, today is DAY 21 POST OP!
Everything is going better, day by day, I'm improving.
Every day I wake up, I feel some improvement and healing.
I remember you that I didn't use any pain meds, since I was out of the hospital.
But, I had some significant discomfort/pain in the first week post op in the scrotum, in the penis shaft and in the reservoir area.

I was worried about the reservoir pain, because only a very few people feel discomfort for the reservoir; also only cough was painfull!
Now it is completely ok.

I walk and sit without problems, I can run (not too fast) and do normal activities without discomfort! I only feel some discomfort at the base of the penis when I move it quickly to the left or to the right!

One note:
Today I've tried to masturbate myself and I ejaculated. There was already a significant blood engorgement in the penis head and in the penis shaft. During brain/manual sexual stimulation (yes, also only brain), I can feel the blood going into the penis shaft. Almost the same thing during the night. It is amazing!

Size seems ok! I was 15/16 cm pre op fully erect, now I'm 13cm flaccid state. So, + 2cm of LGX expansion (I've 18cm cylindres) + penis head engorgement = 15/16 cm. I hope!

Activation of the implant (now completely deflated) is planned in the next 10 days (1 month post op).

hope you are doing fineI!! I have 28 years and i have venaus leak. I am considering the implant. When you inflate the impant is 15cm, or still 13? what about your girth?
your information will be really helpful because im considering the ams lgx and we are almost the same age.

One thing about the implant, your age no longer has anything to do with how big, small, fat, skinny, or any other attribute regarding your penis. Its you on the outside, but inside it is mechanical. I've had the 700LGX for over 2 years now. I was a grower, big time. If I would have tried a hands free pee at the urinal before surgery, I would need a change of clothes because when I let go of my penis, it would disappear inside my zipper. Now if I do a hands free, anyone in the area would think I'm showing off.

Check out MrAverage.com for measuring technique. Using the pubic bone as reference, I am 7 inches erect. I'm between 4-1/2 and 5 flaccid. You will be unable to get it to shrink any more than that in length. This took some getting used to!

They will size very carefully at the time of your surgery. If you get out your ruler in the first month, you will be sad. Once the doctor turns you loose with the LGX, inflate it daily. There are instructions out there published by AMS regarding this. Basically, its like working out, no pain, no gain. If you do this, any loss in length should be minimal. I tell guys they need to acccept the possibility of losing 1/2". I lost nothing. Again, age has nothing to do with this aspect of the implant.

And what about the girth and temperature of the pennis. I have heard that it can be colder than before.
I am between the colloplast and the LGX, i don't know which one is better, seems opinions are very divided...........

My measuring tape did not show any change in my girth, though my wife says I feel longer and thicker than I've ever been. After 40 years, I have to think whe knows something!

Since your penis now contains saline rather than blood, it will not feel as warm as it did before.

AMS vs. Coloplast? So subjective. I can tell you the ability to grow in length, the ability to shrink in length when deflated, and the more natural appearance of the LGX were what swayed me.

According to what i read

AMS LGX: Only one that can expand both in length and girth (can help to recover lost length)
More natural deflated

Titan Coloplast: Best Girth expansion
More durable
Stiffer erections in long penis
Easier to replace (Tissue can grow over the medium layer of the AMS products but not in the Titan)

I think the best for young people would be the Titan because of the durability and the easy replacement, and also for a big penis because of the better rigidity

The LGX for the ones that lost length due to disease or are short to begin.

Both products are excellent .
